DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Your order will be made in our sewing room in Bruneck – 100 per cent handmade. Border crossers – people with disabilities – help with the production. We endeavour to complete your order as quickly as possible. However, we ask for your understanding if it takes us a day longer.

Orders are usually dispatched within approx. 3 to 7 working days.

Within the EU, deliveries are made within 2 to 4 working days, in the rest of the world the delivery time is 3 to 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

The flat rate for transport costs is 15 euros.

If a fabric is no longer available, we reserve the right to accept only part of the order. In this case, the buyer will be informed immediately and, if necessary, the delivery of a comparable product will be suggested. If this is not desired, any payments already made will be refunded.
