RETURN SHIPMENT

Sustainability is very important to us. We try to avoid unnecessary transport routes. We are happy to help if you have any questions about our products, clothing sizes and measurements.

If you would like to return purchased products, you can send them back to us within two weeks of receipt. You will be responsible for the direct costs of the return. We recommend insured returns. In the event of loss of the goods, the purchase price cannot be refunded.

As soon as we have received the item, we will transfer the amount for the returned goods to your account or issue a voucher on request.

Personal return in the shop

You are also welcome to return your purchased items in person at the shop in Bruneck, Graben 18. Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to pay cash for the returned goods in the shop. The purchase price can only be refunded by bank transfer.

Condition of the goods

The goods must be in their original condition. They must not have been worn or washed. We recommend using the original packaging or similar packaging for the return shipment.
